Vinay Koshy
Vinay Koshy is the founder of Okayform. He builds tools for signed forms, and he writes and checks the pages on this site.
What he does at Okayform
Vinay makes the free printable waiver, consent and release templates in the template library. He is also building online signing and stored signed records, which are not available yet.
What he is not
Vinay is not a lawyer. No lawyer has reviewed the templates yet, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Each legal statement on a template page comes from an official primary source. Our editorial policy explains how he picks and checks those sources.
